Indoor Soccer - An Alternative Arena for Soccer
Indoor football is becoming a popular sport in the United States and other countries. It is suitable for indoor use with artificial floors with smaller dimensions compared to football stadiums. The hockey arena, slide and basketball court are used as the venue for this indoor game. Indoor soccer facility plans adapt to the standard rules with several changes depending on the location or structure of indoor play. Most football stadiums are oval or rectangular. Because of the overall size of the arena that is smaller than a normal soccer field, the goals are also smaller, as are the penalty areas. The indoor play duration consists of 1 hour of play time that is divided into four quarters i.e. 15 minutes per quarter.
